Not included : Tax with Tourist Promotion of 8 dirhams and a Visitor's tax of 15 dirhams are perceived by anybody and night in addition to the tariff above (Decree n° 2 06 571 of the 31/12/2006 and decree n°1 07.195 of the 30/11/2007) transferred with the Moroccan National office of Tourism and the commune of Marrakech. Periods: Low season: January ( to be parir of the 5), July, August Average season: the remainder of the year Tourist season: French school holidays ********** Site dates school holidays: HTTP www.locasun.fr/cvf.php Site converter of currency: converter http://www.xe.com/ucc/fr/ ********** Transfer airport riad : for stay, from 7 nights we offer the transfers to you (arrived and departure) For stay of: 4, 5 or 6 nights we offer the transfer on arrival to you For shorter stay, price of the transfer: 15 euros, reception with the airport, accompaniment to the door of the riad by our Mohammed driver. ********** General conditions of hiring 1 - Reservation and hiring The requests for reservations can be carried out by telephone, telefax, mail, or email. Those Ci will be taken into account after reception of the installment. That Ci can be carried out by transfer or cheque. - Reservations speakers with more than 30 days before the arrival: 30% of the totality of the hiring. - Reservations speakers with less than 30 days of the arrival: the totality of the amount of the hiring. 2 - Payment of the balance The payment must intervene 30 days before the arrival. The customer not having paid the pay of the hiring at the agreed date (30 days before the arrival) is regarded as having cancelled his stay and incurs of this fact of the expenses of cancellation. (cf. § 3 conditions of cancellation) 3 - Conditions of cancellation In the event of cancellation because of the customer: - More than 60 days before the arrival: less fresh refunded installment of file and penalty that is to say 45 euros. - Between 60 and 30 days before the arrival: installment not refunded. - Between 30 days and date envisaged of arrival: (if balance regulated) refunding of 25% of the amount of the hiring 4 - Modification of reservation because of the customer Any modification (dates, a number of occupants) because of the customer being to regard as a new reservation Riad Bab' Oune reserves the right to apply the conditions of cancellation envisaged to article 3 (conditions of cancellation) 5 - Cancellation because of Riad Bab' Oune Any cancellation because of Riad Bab' Oune will be notified to the customer and will give place to the full repayment of the sums paid by the customer. 7 - Provision of the rooms The rooms are placed at the disposal of the customers the day of the arrival at 2 p.m. and must be released, the day of the departure, before 11 a.m. In the event of morning arrival or of late departure, the luggage could be left with the guard of controlling of Riad Bab' Oune. In the event of delayed arrival of more than 24 hours the customer will have imperatively to warn Riad Bab' Oune. Failing this the contract will be regarded as cancelled and the total amount of the hiring will be preserved. The same applies to any curtailed stay. 8 - Responsibilities for Riad Bab' Oune The responsibility for Riad Bab' Oune can be called upon only within the limit faults of the owners or the personnel. The owners of Riad Bab' Oune decline any responsibility for any accident which can even occur with the customers other than those resulting from a serious fault made by them or the members of the personnel. In the same way Riad Bab' Oune could not be held responsible in the event of public interruption or failure of the services such as: water, electricity, telephone, Internet not more than for their direct or indirect consequences. (Nevertheless we made installed a reserve of water of 500 liters for stage with possible power supply cut-offs) The customers are responsible for the guard valuable articles : jewels, money, credit cards, audio, video or different equipment…. The responsibility for Riad Bab' Oune cannot be engaged in case of flight, loss, damage etc… The attention of the customers is drawn to the fact that characteristics imposed by the respect of traditional architecture not being on the European standards (example: height of the parapets, absence of slopes in the staircases, many unevennesses…) the presence of children or handicapped people presents a source of danger for which we could not be responsible. 9 - Responsibility for the customer All degradations of real goods and furniture (also including any loss of key) will be the responsibility of the customer 10 - Animals The pets of the customers are prohibited in Riad. 11 - Occupation of the rooms The rooms can be occupied only by the people having been the subject of the reservation 12 - Food products The alcoholic drinks or different cannot be introduced into Riad 13 - Formalities of police force The customers are held to fill dice their arrival the cards of police force 14 - Acceptance The contract signature of hiring implies share of the signatory and all the people accompanying it acceptance by these general conditions which are integral parts of the leasing agreement 15 - Attribution of jurisdiction In the event of dispute concerning the execution of present, the courts of Marrakech (Morocco) will be only qualified.
